My husband just got orders to Hawaii. We will be taking our dog. I don’t want to put her in the cargo area and she is to big to be considered “carry on”. She only weights about 40lbs.
I know Hawaii has quarantine rules, with we are following. However I couldn’t bear to put her in the cargo area. I have looked into cruise ships and I found nothing.
Can someone please help me find some way to get her there with out putting her in danger or causing her anxiety.

There is no room for a 40 lb dog in the cabin, you will have no choice but your dog to be placed in the cargo area. Actually the cargo areas are quite nice, climate controlled, checked on, etc… Your dog will be well looked after.
