Two Essential Components of a Wireless Electric Dog Fence
Does your dog love to wander off? There are really times when you cannot watch out all activities of your pets. Before you know it, he or she is already out of the yard. He or she may have been picked up by someone else or perhaps by the dog pound. Either way, it’s going to be a headache for you.
If you’re planning to run for errands or you simply don’t want your dog to run away, you can make use of a wireless electric dog fence. It’s a very simple yet effective method of containing your pet.
The Equipment
The wireless electric dog fence is actually made of two components. You have the transmitter and the receiver collar.
The transmitter is the one that’s going to help set up the boundaries for your pet. Since it is wireless, the lines that create the limits are invisible. You also don’t need to think about setting up poles and flags, which you would normally do in a typical electric dog fence.
The area that you can cover will depend upon the product you’re going to choose. However, if you’re going to purchase the wireless electric dog fence of PetSafe, you can expect that the area covered will be twice as that of other dog fences sold in the market today. On the average, you can cover as much as 90 feet in different directions.
You also need to use a receiver collar. This is just like the usual collar for dogs. The only difference is that it has a special function. There are different correction settings found on the collar. You can set them off depending on the temperament of your pet as well as the correction or discipline you want to give to your dog.
The receiver collar will also have adjustable buckle, which is necessary so the dog won’t feel gagged while wearing it. The size of the collar will, of course, depend on the size of the neck of your dog, though usually, the collar will be between 6 and 28 inches.
How the System Works
As mentioned, the transmitter will create the boundary for your pet. As long the dog wears the receiver collar, the latter will be able to send warning tones every time your pet decides to cross over the covered area.
These tones will be undetected by humans but would definitely be audible to dogs. The sounds are enough to put the pets to a halt and perhaps bring them to their original position. As your dog learns how to be more obedient and not go out of the house unless you give him or her permission to do so, you can then adjust the correction level, such as reduce the sound of the warning tone.
You can also use this system even if you have multiple dogs. All you need is to buy a receiver that you can attach to their collars. They are less than an ounce in weight, so they are wearable.

It looks like a great dog to me if it’s a female be sure to get it spayed because i assure you those periods are awful! It may need some training it looks like a handfull it may be scared at first so be gentle some good names may be Lolita Amber Relina and Moon
