How do I enter a new baby and the family dog?
I have a chocolate lab females of 4 years. She has been with me and my boyfriend since she was 10 weeks. She loves children and has a great temperament. I do not like to attack the baby or what whatever, I just have not moved up or is in our family for this new member. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this and if you have advice on how to present the new baby with her. Thank you:) 22 weeks:)
What we did when we had our dog was when I was still in hospital, my husband has a receiveing blankets my daughter was all day and let him smell to get her sent. Then when we returned, we slowely. My husband's dog while I was at my daughter and her smell of your girls feet. We did the same thing with the other and both ended up licking their feet. I hope this helps.
